I take ortho try cyclen it has 28 pills. He first 21 are active and the last 7 are a darker color. Are these considered placebo pills and do I have to take them? Because for these pills this past week I've been taking them late. Will that effect my next packs effectiveness ?

Is this the week you get your withdrawal bleed?

Yes, these are the placebo pills, so lateness won't affect anything.

You'll want to start your new pack as normal and take the pills at around the same time every day. KNow that a couple of hours either way doesn't impact effectiveness.
