I've been using a really strong bullet vibrator regularly during sex (everyday), and now my vagina is a bit numb. I can't orgasm at all or feel much at all on my vulva. Should I just lay off the vibrators for a while? Do any of the "miracle creams" work for clitoral stimulation? And are clitoral/vaginal pumps safe?

...I don't mean to be obnoxious, but this is really putting a damper on my fiancee's and my sex life as well as our relationship.
