I'm really prone to urinary tract infections and had unprotected sex last night and I am on birth control. He didnt cum inside me but should I be concerned about taking antibiotics and a pregnancy risk if i get an infection?

If you're on BC pills then you didn't have unprotected sex, you had protected sex. And I'd not be too worried about the medication unless you for sure have to be on it, then make sure to check with your doctor about if you need to double methods.
