hey i am 21 years old I usually get white discharge after i masturbate is this normal? And i feel very awkward and painful when i get fingered, i feel good after i press my vagina and above parts with my hands or against some tough pillow but its gets numb afterwards is this a safe way to masturbate? I usually feel pain in lower abdominal part is this due to masturbation i am really confused regarding what to do.

In terms of the discharge, a couple of things could be going on. First, if you're doing a lot of movement that involves something (fingers, toys, etc.) being inside your vagina, it could be some air mixing with your discharge and making it look white. (Sort of like the way that foam on the top of a freshly poured soda looks whiter than the soda itself.) Also, the color of one's discharge often changes throughout different parts of the menstrual cycle. So you could be noticing that as well. In general though, if you're not having itching/burning/a foul smell or a green color, there's likely nothing to worry about.

In terms of the discomfort you are noticing, penetrative activities aren't everybody's cup of tea (so to speak). So if something doesn't feel good, you don't have to do those things. If rubbing feels better, that's cool.
