SO i've finally gotten my parents to agree to put me on birth control but now i'm trying to figure out which specific pill to take. i've heard about all sorts of side effects, but two that sound really desirable and which i'd love to have are lessening of acne and breast growth. any idea what specific pill or kind of pill would be most likely to produce those effects? my dad wants me on kariva but that's low dose and i don't know how effective that would be.

We can't know who will get what side effects from what pills as every person is different. Things like acne reduction and breast growth happen to some people and not to others.

The best person to discuss which pill is best for you is your gynecologist.

Hey folks, my name is Andrew and I was a mod here for awhile a couple years ago. I'll be here for a couple weeks while Heather is out and the site is even more short-staffed than usual
