I missed my 7 day break with brevinor pill because i went swimming but my hormones seem to be all over, one minute im happy the next im angry or depressed. Could this be actually causing me to be so on edge due to not having a 7 day break ?

I suffer with anxioty aswell but ive always felt depressed before periods with or without the pill. If i was to go on the implant what hormones are actually in it ?

So you're saying you wound up taking two packs back to back without taking a week off in between?
