So it has been about 43 days since the first day of my last period. I know it ended Oct. 17th, and on the 20th I had unprotected sex, but I was pretty sure he didn't cum inside me. Then Nov. 5th I had sex a few times but I can't remember if there was an unprotected instance in that event or not. Now I've been expecting my period for a week or two and got nothing. Instead, I had cramps last week, and my period usually follows right after, and my breasts have been feeling a little sore just recently. Could I be pregnant?

Sex without any kind of birth control does pose a pregnancy risk, although that risk is not as high as it would be had your partner ejaculated inside you. Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? Given the timing of all this, you should get an accurate result now.
