Back in the beginning of September I found out I had both Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. I was given prescriptions for them the same day. It was a shot and a single dose of four white pills. Now almost a month later I'm having slight cramping and lower back pain. These were the symptoms that tipped me off before that something wasn't right. This has been persisting for about a week. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to get checked out. I am a worry wart by nature. An extreme worrier. Even though I have been treated for both of my sti's, I fear that I may have pid.

It really seemed like you got diagnosed and treated early on, particularly given when your screenings before that set had been and given all of those were negative. So, this isn't something I'd be overly concerned about, even though I know that if you're prone to worry, that's only so meaningful.
Since you're being seen tomorrow, though, you only have to make it through tonight, ultimately, so I'd just advise trying to do something to get your mind off of this, okay?
