Hello, just a simple question to clear my mind. I've been using Nuvaring for almost one year now and have never had any problem. I'm fairly regular about putting it in and out, always at the same time, at most half an hour after that time. Today I wasn't at home when I was supposed to pop the new ring in, so instead of putting it in at 11 or 11.30 am, I did it at roughly 2 pm. Is this an issue and should I use additional protection for a while, or should I not worry?

Thanks in advance [Smile]

Still sounds like you were within the three-hour window, so I'd not be concerned about the ring's effectiveness here.
