Hello!

I heard that if you practice flexing your pelvis muscles until they're really strong you can get bigger, longer orgasms. Is that true? I don't understand how, because seems to me, if you do an exercise repeatedly you just get better endurance, not strengh.

Our readers, in all honesty, are not of an age where you are likely to feel noticeable differences from doing things like Kegel exercises.

They may feel good when you do them, with or without sex, but they're about getting muscles out of tone back into tone. Loss of tone almost always happens due to one of two reasons: childbirth or age (as in, getting near or into menopause).

You can do them if you like, but it's really not likely to make a noticeable difference for you.

FYI, bad sex generally isn't about a person's muscle tone. It usually has to do with interpersonal issues. [Smile]
