I know it's hard to diagnos things over the internet and everything but I'm just looking for an opinion from someone. I was in the shower today and felt a bump on the side of my butt that kind of hurt. I looked in the mirror after I got out and theres like three red bumps there. I tried to look the best I can to see if they were pimples but didn't see the normal like white head thats on a pimple. Could this be something else or am I just worrying myself about some pimples. They all are about on the line of where my underwear go and kind of hurt.

It does sound as though those could be pimples. I would keep an eye on them- don't try to pop them- and if they don't seem to be getting better within a few days, then maybe take a trip to your doctors, just to get checked out for sure.

On a side note- are you up to date with your STI screening?
