I've had these bumps, like small pimples, on the inside of my outer labia for a while now. They haven't gotten worse (or better) since I've noticed them, which was probably more than 2 years ago. they don't hurt or itch or anything, and are more annoying than anything else. Sometimes there are pimple-things on the outside of my labia and my mons, too, but I think that those are just ingrown hairs. Do you think that this is anything that I should see a doctor about?

Hi darthmalie, welcome to Scarleteen.

It is actually very common for genital tissue not to be perfectly smooth, but to have a slightly bumpy texture. As long as these bumps are not itching or painful, then they aren't really something to worry about, but you can always ask your gyn about them just to double check.
