just to confirm... a finger would have to be dripping or soaked in precum to cause pregnancy right?

Pretty much- and even then, it's still a low risk. Semen would be far riskier in that case.

Not really to speak of. I've just been thinking about it and while my boyfriend and I are always very careful of actual semen... precum not so much. It's just I've never noticed he actually has any.
