We are not a weight loss or fitness website, nor are we qualified to give specific advice about such. The only advice we will offer is that you should see your doctor and consider seeking the help of a specialist (nutritionist, trainer, etc.) before making any serious changes to your diet or exercise routine to ensure that you are doing things that are safe and good for your body.
