My boyfriend and I just found out we both have scabies for about 2 months at least. We haven't had sex, but we did get as far as him fingering me. Is it possible if we both had scabies at the same time to get it inside my vagina?

From what i know about scabies, it seems to affect skin rather mucous membrane (which makes up the inner vulva and vagina ... also the inside of your mouth, nose, etc). It is unlikely you need to worry about scabies affect the inside of the vagina.

You both need to be treated, and need to be very careful until a doctor tells you the scabies is gone.

I've had scabies for quite some time. The article said something about Norweign scabies? Can it develop into that or is that a totally different type of Scabies?
