Is there any pregnancy risk from Dry humping if I'm wearing underwear, pants, and my girlfriend is wearing mesh shorts and panties? What if my pants have a large wet spot on the outside of them after I ejaculate? Is there any risk?

When the board says "fluids that soaked through both partner's clothes" Does that mean, like a noticeable amount of semen would need to really soak through and have direct contact? Does a Wet spot/stain on paints necessarily mean that sperm got through?

It would have to be a heck of a lot of semen soaking through to have any sort of viable risk at all. Sperm just aren't going to get through four layers of clothing - you've got nothing to worry about here.
