my bf and I had unprotected sex many times (3 times a week)since Jan 13, right after my period. He used the pull out method each time however i believe some of his semen dripped inside of me a few times. i took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it turned out to be negative. Did i take the test too early? SInce it said negative does that mean i have nothing to worry about?

Any time you have unprotected sex, you have a pregnancy and an STI risk. Pulling out is not a form of birth control. Pre-ejaculate can contain sperm, and that's enough to get you pregnant.

For the early risks, yes, your test should be accurate. BUT, you've reported you've been doing this regularly, so I'd also recommend re-testing in a week or so.

If you do not wish to become pregnant, I highly recommend grabbing some condoms and condom-safe lube. They work just fine to protect against pregnancy.

Also, it would be a wise idea to get an STI screen in a month or so, just to make sure. Regular screenings are an important part of sexual health.
