I'm really frustrated. I just started masturbating this year, and even though I have done different thing, I haven't been able to have an orgasm.
I know that I definitely haven't because one time a few weeks ago, I was masturbating with my fingers and started to feel tension building up in my body down in that area and in my back and butt. I thought if I could just get some kind of release, it would feel amazing. Nothing happened. Instead, the tension stayed for about fifteen minutes after I was finished, and later I got a headache, which I read somewhere could happen if you don't orgasm.
Whether I just use my fingers or a vibrator, I can't get past a certain point. What's the reason? Am I just thinking too much?

Have you read this?:

Sexual Response and Orgasm

It may help a little bit. Otherwise, have you asked a doctor? Usually the easiest way to orgasm is by oneself, but if you have tried and tried and haven't experienced on yet, there may be something going on physically.
