How long have you been on birth control? Do you take it at the same time every day?

It was unclear from your post...was a condom used the second time?

Sperm, while having a good longevity in the uterus, are totally wasted by soap and water. But just washing the penis is not a form of birth control.

Yes, you're safe. Birth control and condom use are very effective against both pregnancy and STIs. No real need to worry here.
