I have wrote in your boards several times and really think you guys/gals give good info/advice but i have a concern about me when i get my period.Ever since i started my period a strange thing happens to me and i want to know what it is.I am aware that we have blood clotts but my clotts or whatever it is,is like a piece of meat. Its about the size of my pinky finger and it looks like a piece of bloody steak. This thing comes out of me about twice every cycle and it doesnt hurt. But its weird and i want to know what it is and is it normal.Although im asking this question i will be going to the gyn soon(very soon)

It is probably a part of your endometrium which is that part of the uterine wall that sloughs off monthly as part of your period. If so, this is completely normal. Your gyn will be able to clarify this some more. Good on you for going.
