thank you for responding to my last question, i was pregnant, and went to planned parenthood to have a medical abortion.(nothing surgical) im just starting on birth control this month, but my boyfriend and i are still together and sexually active (but much much safer) i did have a problem though, my boyfriend noticed that there was something in my vagina. he said its like a grape sized lump just kind of hanging there. it doesnt hurt, but i dont know what it is.. could it have anything to do with my abortion? or the birth control?? any suggestions? i have an appt with the gyno, but not for a few more weeks, so i was wondering if maybe you could give me the heads up on what it might be.. thanks a lot.

it could be the cervix, which is at the back of your vagina and is a small bump that feelsl ike the tip of a nose. or it could be something else. Have you had a follow-up visit to the doctor following the abortion? if not, then here's your chance.
