Would u have much of a pregnancy risk if u were nude and u sat in sperm thats been mixed in with water?...or would the sperm have to be inserted into ur vagina in order for there to be a risk? Or would it have to be freshly ejaculated for there to be any worry?...Also, can low sperm count be inherited? Like for instance, if ur father has a low sperm count, will you be the same? or do genetics have nothing to do with it?

No, you would not. You would still need direct genital contact.

And because the reasons for low sperm count vary, unless the reason is from a disease or condtion which WAS inherited, no, that'd not be about genetics.
