Part of the question I posted in the other thread is answered, and I'm thankful for that, but since I can't reply there, i'll have to continue here...

I still wonder if lack of sleep can negatively affect my erections when they're needed and wanted, so to speak, as that has been a problem in the past - even putting on a condom (yes I've read about it) has been getting tricky lately.
I'd just like to know if this is something I might be able to fix with a regular sleeping schedule, before considering seeing a doctor wondering about a more structural problem...

Could it be that relationships are our ultimate test as human beings?...

well, fatigue and relaxation are separate things. it can be pretty hard to get aroused when all oyur body wants ot do is snooze. not to mention, when you're fatigued, you aren't totally 100% coordinated. You're just not as sharp as usual.

Yes, getting good sleep can make you all around healthier, including sexually. Please note, adolescents physiologically tend to fall asleep later and wake up even later (meaning if you try to sleep at 9, your body will be disinclined to comply). But do your darndest to get some extra sleep into your schedule.

Summertime, and the living's easy...
