Since 8th grade (I'm in 10th now) I actually stuck my penis up a girls ass one night and it hurt her really bad so we decided not to do it and later on that night she gave me oral sex, I'm just worried if I could have any STD's or anything, my penis and body has been fine ever since, nothings been wrong with me at all, but I still have that worry that I could have something that just doesn't show...

Yes, any unprotected sex puts you at risk for STD/STIs, for which you may show no symptoms. A Quickie STD/STI Risk Assessment will give you a better idea of what you're at risk for.
