Recently I started having sex. And it's like my vagina isn't as big of a hole as it was. It's like there's a bit of tissue or something that's sollowen. It doesn't hurt or anything. What is it and what can I do? Please help!

Are you having intercourse quite often or for long periods of time? If so, the most simple explanation could be that the tissue is swollen from stimulation. Make sure you're using plenty of lubricant with your condoms (you ARE using condoms, aren't you!?).

If you're worried, though, making an appointment with a gynocologist is a good idea. A trained medical professional who can actually examine you in person can do a much better job than we can through a computer when it comes to actually diagnosing anything wrong.

Having recently started having intercourse, you may be interested in some of the articles on the site. In particular, the Readiness Checklist http://www.scarleteen.com/sexuality/readiness.html is a great place to start dealing with some of the issues that come along with the choice to have penis-in-vagina intercourse.

There are lots of other great articles to inform and entertain you; just click on the menus from the home page or use the search function if you're hunting information on a particular topic.

Just to add another thought to what Lady Moonlight said...do you know if you possibly have a latex allergy? I'm assuming you used a condom (right? ), and it's possible that you might have experienced a reaction to the latex. If ya wanna test that theory out, then try wearing a latex glove around on your hand for a while and see if you react to that. Also, stay away from condoms with spermicide, you might be having a reaction to that. So stick to a regular condom and add some additional lube.

If it turns out that you do have a latex allergy, then try a non-latex condom (ie. polyurethane) like the Durex Avanti.
