Can the estrogen contained in bc pills change one's body composition to look more feminine? (Meaning more fat distributed in hips/breasts, less muscle) Or otherwise affect physical sex characteristics?

Some people find that their breasts increase in size a bit on hormonal birth control - that's a fairly common side effect - but the pill doesn't really change fat distribution in the body or affect muscle mass.

The amount of hormones in birth control is not super vast - my chest grew slightly when I got on the pill, but nothing about my overall fat distribution or muscle mass changed. It's not meant to affect physical sex characteristics, really, other than regulating ovulation and menstruation, which are some of the least visible characteristics one can have.
