I have a history of anorexia and bulimia and I've really been struggling lately. I feel like I have very little time to exercise and when I do, I don't know WHAT to do. I honestly don't see anything wrong with not eating to try and lose weight. It'd just be short-term, then I would maintain that weight and build muscle. My bf told me once that I have a "body complex" and I know that's true. I also used to cut and have been having the extreme urge to again but feel guilty..the only thing that keeps me from doing it is my bf...
