Hey, hon, you're only 13- you still have a LOT of development and physical changes still to go through, and part of that is going to weight fluctuation as you grow. This is NOT at all an age you want to worry about weight loss, because it's just not realistic or healthy.
You can look at things such as eating habits and exercise, since it's healthy at any age to eat well (not a lot of sugary things and junk food, making sure to eat your vegetables, get protein, that sort of thing) and do something you enjoy to be active regularly.
Also, 13 year old boys have a lot more development to go, both physically and mentally, as well, which means most of them at this point are, quite frankly, probably not ready to be in serious relationships at all. If a guy is just interested in a girl because she's "skinny" or fits some sort of ideal, then he really, clearly, isn't going to be that interested in her as a person or mature enough to be getting into that sort of relationship in the first place.
There's no reason to rush into relationships, and absolutely no reason to change yourself just to appeal to someone else, period.
