Here is the problem when ever it gets hot out and I start to sweat (Witch I do very easily) I get over I guess you could say moist in the vaginal area. I have done this for years and have had to checked out in the past and the Dr said there is nothing wrong and its just caused because I sweat too much and not to worry about it. Well it is driving me crazy I take pride in staying very clan and every time it gets hot out its like I am always a bit damp down there and it starts to small just a bit. So my question is does anyone know of something I can buy that will help with this? Its not a yeast infection so I don't think yeast cream will work just maybe something that will help keep me from getting too moist down there when it gets hot out.

Just to clarify, do you sweat or do you have discharge?

Long skirts and breezy cotton underwear are a good start. No I'm not being sarcastic. I'm not quite sure how to solve the sweating issue, though.
