i thought i should finally introduce myself, so here i am...
im 16...female and bi. i just 'came out' last week. and to be honest, it was the most difficult thing i've ever done. but i was lucky. the person i told was really good about it. but i think the fact that he's gay, is what made it easier...now all i have to do is tell my female friends :/ hopefully it'll be okay...

other random info:
fav bands: placebo/silverchair/radiohead/fingereleven/
bjork
books: the bell jar/catcher in the rye/shadow in hawthorn bay
writers: sylvia plath
movies: dancer in the dark/ boys dont cry/ requiem for a dream/ run lola run
interests: music/art/photography/poetry/reading/writing/movies

anyway, i'm really glad i found this site..it's very helpful.

Welcome swallowtail! We're alot alike you know! Read my auto, I'm bi too but it doesn't say it.
Don't be scared to tell your friends. If that's what you are be proud of it. If people don't except you for you, they aren't your real friends. That's my advice, but if you still aren't comfortable that's ok. Just wait until you're ready.

That's cool. My friends were fine with it too, but they're all straight. Someone outside my friends heard and told everyone in my grade. People kept on asking me if it was true and I said flat out "yes". I don't care what they think, not like I talked to them anyway.
