Hi all, I am a male, uncircumcised and with a standard erected penis length. I am fairly new to sex.

Whenever me and my gf does it, I would use a condom, however I noticed that the condoms keeps sliding and moving upwards from the base of my penis during sex. It would move upwards to about 3 cm such that the there is lots of folding and bunching at the tip of the condom.

Also whenever I pull out my penis completely to change positions, the condom would move up quite abit such that the tip is hanging down from my penis..is this normal?

Since the condom moves so much, is it still 'safe'? I mean my precum could have slipped out from the condom base onto my exposed shaft when the condom was moving and then enter my gf's vagina. Also I did not ejaculate inside her at all

It sounds like the issue here is probably that you need to purchase snugger-fitting condoms than you have been. Do you know how to shop for condoms in regards to fit?

Yes I think I will do that next time, however, in regards to my qns, particularly about the one where semen/precum excapes from the condom onto my exposed shaft and then enters my gf, is that a practical cause for concern?

Since I have not been there to see what has happened or have the vaguest clue about if you had body fluids that were not contained by the condom or not, I just couldn't say for sure.

For sure, when a condom is less on a penis, from an STI standpoint, more of the penis is exposed, so the condom can't reduce STI risks as well. But per pregnancy, we're mostly talking about ejaculation here, not pre-ejaculate, so unless it looked to you like if and when you ejaculated, the tip of the condom didn't have your ejaculate in it, that is likely either far less of a concern or pretty much a non-issue.
