Hiya, I am on the combined pill and take it everyday at 6pm but towards to end of my 21 days of taking it, I missed a pill and as told by the doctor I took it the next day when I realised along with the pill for that day. But I am now on my 7 day break and on day 3 and my period is normally here by day 2. Can missing a pill affect when my period comes?

Bodies aren't machines, so even when on the pill, a withdrawal bleed can sometimes come a day earlier or later than expected and that is totally alright.

So, it is possible that your missed pill is responsible, but it is also possible that your withdrawal bleed just decided to show up a couple of days later this month. Either way, this is nothing to worry about just yet.

Well, we can't fix that for you, Lozzie.

What are some things you normally do to take care of yourself and manage your feelings when you feel nervous or anxious about something?
