Hello, I had a UTI about a year ago and the antibiotics they gave me werent supposed to interfere with birth control. I had a UTI near the beginning of my Alesse pack this month and was given antibiotics and didnt worry about it. But now I dont know if they were different antibiotics than I was given a year ago.I dont know if I should be worried about it interfering? I cant find the information on it. It says it is called apo sulfatrim ds.

Sulfa drugs are NOT associated with any interactions with oral contraceptives.
