Hello, So two months ago I picked up two Nuva Rings instead of one, to save me having to make two trips to my birth control provider. So, I used one and stored the other for a month. I'm about to put in the second one, but I started thinking about storage. It says it can be stored for up to 4 months at 77 degrees F, with "excursions permitted to 59-87 degrees F." On average, my house temperature stays at 70 degrees. But I realized that sometimes my house temp may have been 55-58 degrees, although probably not for long. Do I have anything to worry about in terms of effectiveness? I'd say about 95% of the time the temp hovers around 70 degrees F. Hopefully I'm just being too paranoid. Thanks!

I wouldn't say it's anything to be concerned about. As long as it hasn't been in a hot car for hours at a time, or in the freezer, you should be just fine. (You can always call your pharmacist though, if you want to double check.)
