For quite some time I've been trying to look at what BC option would be best for me, and lately I've been thinking about the patch. However, I spend alot of time in the water ( swimming, tubing, etc.) Would it get soggy and ineffective or wear off being in water alot of the time? Or would even just washing in the shower cause it to curl up or become unsticky?

If you're a regular swimmer, then no, the patch won't likely be a good fit for you.

It can hold up to showers, to occasional baths, but for someone in the water a whole lot, you are likely to have issues with it slipping off a lot.

Want to talk about your other options? What other methods have you been thinking about?
