how likely is it to get pregnant if you've been on the pill for close to a year, and the guy pulls out. regularily taking the pill at the right time each day as well.

If you're on the pill, taking it as directed, and not doing anything to compromise this protection (such as taking certain antibiotics), then your chance of the protection failing are less than 1%.
Withdrawal is notoriously unreliable, so this doesn't significantly add to your protection, but it also doesn't take anything away from it (as the pill is meant to protect you, as well, if you have unprotected intercourse with ejaculation).

okay thank you very much! yeah the only thing is the last 2 days i've thrown up around 2 hours after i've taken my pill .. would it have been absorbed by then ?

Two hours should be enough time for your pill to be absorbed; I wouldn't worry.
However, if you ever have a need for temporary back-up I recommend condoms instead of pulling out. They're much more reliable and inexpensive and easy to obtain.
