So this is the issue:
I don't trust condoms alone. I know that "most likely" I won't have a problem with them... but I don't want to risk it.

I've been using spermicide as well as the condom (never had any problems with spermicide) but I've read about the microtears and how Scarleteen doesn't really recommend it. My boyfriend and I are both checked for STIs/HIV yearly, so I'm more worried about the vaginal problems it could cause if used for a long time.

I'm not really sure about the pill. I don't like the idea of the hormones. I was wondering what other low/no hormone method you would recommend.

Thanks. [Smile]

Hey, no problem! [Smile]

You might want to check out some of the other users' experiences with different forms of birth control and see how other people have handled the problem, too. (Or maybe you've already done that, in which case, cool.)
