Hmm.. Usually I keep up with this kind of stuff, or atleast I try to.
The other day, a friend of ours (my boyfriend and mine) went to a CVS pharmacy right up the street. I wanted hair dye, and I decided I'd stroll past the condom, lube, etc. aisle.
He told me that a friend of his bought his girlfriend this foam which keeps you from getting pregnant. I was curious to what it was, so I did a search, and when I searched this site, it said no search results. I searched a second time, the same. The third time I searched it brought up 6 threads, but when I tried viewing them, an error message came up and said the server was down, or something of the sort.
I came across a thread today with the mention of film or foam and it triggered my memory to do a search on Scarleteen.
Can anyone tell me what this "contraceptive foam" is? I have never heard of such a thing. And if there is a thread on it, can someone give me the link because it will not load for me.

It's a form of spermicide, AKA "spermicidal foam."
Spermicides, used by themselves, are not very effective, for the record.

Yea, I figured . . I am usually pretty paranoid about that kind of thing. .
Although I am on the patch, We still use condoms. It just gives us peace at mind.
