Say "How can you get STD, AIDS, and HIV from having unsafe and oral sex? Say that this person (both of you) are a virgin, and neither of you haven't had sex before. How can you still catch these disease from oral sex?

Well, many STIs (sexually-transmitted infections) can also be transmitted non-sexually.
For example, HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) can be transmitted from a mother to a baby in the womb. When that baby grows up, they will carry the HIV virus and be able to transmit it to any sexual partners.
To take a more innocuous example, the herpes virus can be transmitted through kissing.
So it's perfectly possible for someone to carry an STI even if they've never had sexual contact with anyone else.

Just wanted to answer your question about catching diseases from oral sex. It is possible to transfer herpes from a mouth to the genital area by oral sex. Herpes on the mouth (cold sores), by the way, is not necessarily considered a STI. A lot of people carry this virus and it's transferred fairly easily by kissing.

Actually, herpes can be in many places, and, since it can be transferred by sex, among other things, it is classified as an STD/STI. At least, that is what I have been told. Actually, I think there are multiple types of herpes, so perhaps those different types are transferred differently.

There are only two strains of the herpes virus, Herpes Simplex I and Herpes Simplex II. They are transferred the same way - skin-to-skin contact. The difference is where they usually occur; primarily the mouth or the genitals (it can infect other places on the body, but this is fairly rare). HSV I in general is the strain that occurs around the mouth - causing cold sores. HSV II usually infects the genitals, causing genital herpes. However, it is entirely possible to transfer either strain from the mouth to the genitals, or vice versa.
