Sure it does. The very first paragraph here --

"Did you correctly use some form of birth control (contraception) such as the Pill, a diaphragm, Depo-Provera, or other birth control in combination with correctly using a condom for penis-in-vagina intercourse?

If you DID use birth control and a condom, then you have a VERY LOW RISK of pregnancy.
If NOT, keep reading. "

Wait, actually, Mambo's right--the first paragraph is for hormonal birth control as well as a condom, and then it goes on to only condom. There's nothing for only hormonal birth control.

If memory serves me, with perfect use of the pill it's around 95% effective against pregnancy, but does nothing for STDs.

Actually, I was looking at it too and noticed that..

Is that statistic right? Is it okay to not use a condom while you're on the pill (assuming one's taking it correctly)?

It depends what you consider "okay".

Used correctly and consistently, the pill provides a high level of protection against pregnancy.

But using a condom as well as the pill provides an even higher level of protection, since one can act as a "back-up" if the other fails.

And obviously it also provides STD protection, which the pill can't.
