I don't know if anyone here has ever worked in the sex industry and has some insider knowledge as to this question, but anyone who as input would be nice.
I occasionally watch porn (like many out there) and recently watched a video where an actress engaged in anal/oral/vaginal sex with a man. The thing that confused/worried me was that a) no lube was used for the anal sex, b) the two actors went either directly from anal to oral or anal to vaginal sex at various points (without using any condoms).
For a), I suppose the actress (and other actresses that do this) could have the sort of body type where they don't need lube for anal sex? Or perhaps are well "practiced" at it, as it is a part of their profession, which removes the need for lube? It just seems like without lube, regardless of how many times you've had anal sex or body type, it would still hurt or not go well...
For b), this is just plain unsanitary to me, from a safe sex perspective. I would never want to perform oral sex on a man that had just finished participating in anal sex, especially if no condoms were used.
Can anyone give me information on safe sex practices/laws/etc for porn actors/actresses? I've heard many porn film companies will have mandatory STI testing and such, but what about things like this?

Always remember that with any film media, things get edited and things also don't get filmed in the first place. In sexual media, a lot of sex "prep," like lubricants, for instance, gets added offscreen. Same goes with people taking time to really get aroused.
There isn't a body "type" where an anus produces it's own lubricant. That part of the body just doesn't work that way. Most likely what happened was that lube was applied off-camera.
There aren't safer sex laws with pornography, just like there aren't for people having sex offscreen. Very few porn productions/companies require condom use or use condoms. Some do require mandatory testing of actors, but many do not.

I would assume that there's a lot of editing going on. It is an extremely bad idea to go from anal to *any* other sex without stopping to wash things off, or to get a clean condom. This kind of thing is more likely than average to not be filmed, or to be left on the cutting room floor, but there is no way to guarantee that it actually happens.
There have been a number of highly publicized outbreaks of HIV among people who act in porn films, and the industry has faced pressure to change standard practices to improve safety. I don't know whether changes have actually been made in response to the problem, or how extensive those changes are.

Back in the day when I used to watch porn, I have seen porn with condoms used but may that was amatuer porn. But I don't watch porn anymore because it's so unrealistic especially if you're seeing someone going from anal to oral to vaginal etc. Think of a fairytale. Usually a princess goes through some trial and her prince comes along and rescues her and they go off and get married, happy ending. Well, 99.9% of us know that is not how happy marriages work out...there are a bunch of stages that make both persons deal with problems together and make sure they are compatible to get married and work out communication skills, values and morals etc, etc. So it's not surprising for people to see pornography like this, but it is out there and it is completely unrealistic...and then some people wonder why their sex life isn't like what they see in porn jus like some people wonder why their romance and happily ever after isn't like the one they see in fairytales. If you want a peace of mind and finding porn with condoms in it, you may find that in amateur or homemade stuff. I don't necessarily advise any of it heh, but that's my speel on why I think you would be confused about the things you've seen in porn.

This is off topic, but has anyone ever seen a fully aroused clitoris in porn? I haven't seen that much really, and it was only when I started dating women that I even realised this happened.

i've seen a couple of vids where condoms were used. but that doesn't seem to happen very often. and i've rarely seen a clitoris in those vids, i even tried watching lesbain vids and there wasn't an emphasis on it which i thought was kind of strange
