My last period started on May 10th, so I still have about 2 weeks to go until I start. I have not had sex.
However, when I went to the bathroom and wiped, I had diluted orange-ish brown discharge that looks like when I usually first start my period. This started last night. When I woke up this morning I was still having the discharge. It's coming along with clear and sticky, so I'm wondering if this could be bleeding with ovulation? Is that normal?
I also recently started a strict diet and workout routine so I'm wondering if that could have any affect on the spotting
Thank you!

Hi ladykay,

Yes, spotting is not uncommon, so that's likely what's happening here. However, you may want to give this article a quick read-through:
