Hi! Lately I've been interested to start charting my ovulation and menstrual cycles but I honestly have no idea how to do it. Could you please help me with charting ovulation and discharges?

Hey Kathryn!

I've no uterus to speak about or to have given me the possibility of cycle charting but as far as I know charting isn't much more complicated than keeping an abreviated diary. Often to save time people will create symbols which signify how much flow there was/wasn't.
