I drink tea a lot, notably black and green tea. I know tea is good for antioxidants, but can tea delay a period? Is tea beneficial to a period? I would like more info regarding tea and the menstrual cycle. Thanks

There is no connection between green or black tea and the menstrual cycle.

I ask because I have read elsewhere that green tea is good for the menstrual cycle, like almost calming effects. I was just wanting to make sure

many people do find green tea calming, but, so far as I know, there are no scientifically sound studies linking tea with menstrual changes.
