so I have had a loss of appetite in the last few days and I do not know what could be causing this. I have been worried recently but is that all or could there be more to it?

General health questions are beyond the scope of what we do at Scarleteen. Stress can be a possible reason for a loss of appetite, but there are lots of other possible reasons, and if you are concerned, you will want to consult with a medical professional.
