So I've had this for a little while, and I wanna know what it is...and if it's common. And I've already determined I'm not pregnant, so...yeah.
My nipples have these tiny white clusters of dots that seem to be beneath the surface...they only show when the nipple is protruding. Just looks like a bunch of tiny white dots on my nipple. Nothing around the areola or anything. There is no discharge or anything, just flaky skin looking stuff. Sometimes the dry skin looking stuff comes out when squeezed.
I haven't been able to find a conclusive answer to this online, so I figured I would ask here Thanks in advance!

It sounds like it could be an accumulation of dead skin cells and oils. If you're not having any itching or pain, it's likely not a problem, but you can always ask your doctor if you want to know for sure.
