Cranberry juice isn't likely to get rid of a yeast infection, actually.
It can take care of mild urinary tract infections, which are very different from yeast infections. As well, chances are you're not even drinking real cranberry juice, but cranberry juice cocktail, which has so little actual cranberry in it it's often not helpful even for UTIs. If you don't feel like you're about to die from the tartness, and the juice isn't very thick, then it's not likely the real stuff, which you usually have to get in specialty stores: most regular groceries don't carry it.
For a yeast infection, you need to look into treatment from your healthcare professional, especially if it's a biggie, not a very mild infection, or one just starting.
With yeast infections just flirting with you, or very, very mild ones, some self-treatments do work for someone women, but those usually involve things like garlic or tea-tree oil suppositories or treatment with pro-biotics.

Also, looking at your post history, it looks like you have had this infection for quite some time.
So, as we advised you on 6/27, you really are going to need to see a doctor, especially at this point if you still have not.
