is it common to get pains before ur period is expected (mines supposed to come next week someoetime) on one side of my ovaries? i feel tenderness when i touch my left side in between my pelvis bones, the whole area feels bloated but when i push on the left side i feel it more than the right.. i think its just the beginning of cramps though right? b/c i feel bloated in ym stomach and i think im getting a few small pimples and oiler face b/c my periods coming... those are common PMS symptoms arent they?

It it's a week or more before your period, you could be feeling yourself ovulate. Furthermore, it is also pretty normal to get cramps in the days before your period starts-- after all that's why we call it PRE-menstrual syndrome.

As with any pain associated with your menstrual cycle, though, if it is excessive, then seeing a gyn is highly recommended.
