I've had it almost all of my life and its hard to stop.
I cant stop eating parts of myself. I eat skin off my feet, fingers, inside of my cheecks. I can't stop eating my scabs, pimple juice, vaginal disscharge and boogers.
This is VERY humiliating, and its embarssing. I don't want to end up getting scares, and I can't go swimming cause theres chew marks all over my hands and feet.
What should I do?

iAnastasia: have you also ever had the compulsion to eat other non-nutrative things like dirt, chalk or soap, or has this been limited to parts of your own body?

Is this the only obsessive or compulsive behaviour that you have?

Okay. Then this likely is related to your obsessive and/or compulsive behaviour, and what I'd suggest is seeing a therapist about getting treatment for your OCD, and while I hear that you're feeling pretty freaked about this or ashamed, do make a point of mentioning this behavior.
Why I asked about iron and eating other things, for the record, was that what you're describing is sometimes something people who have pica do. Pica isn't an illness, per se, but rather an eating disorder in which people feel compulsions to eat things that they just really shouldn't be eating, or which just have absolutely no nutritional value.
It's not proven yet, exactly, but some folks with pica wind up having iron deficiencies.
