Is it true that soaking a tampon in yogurt and put it in the infected area it will cure it?? [Confused] when I read it I didn;t know if it was true because it sounds a little strange!

Plain yogurt can help ease the discomfort of a yeast infection. You will not want to put this on a tampon, however, as using tampons when you're not on your period will dry out your vagina.

Keep in mind that yogurt won't cure your yeast infection. Too, if you are not sure what you have is in fact a yeast infection to begin with, you'll want to go see a doctor before you do any self-medicating.
